Registration Information

The NOCO Therapist Summit is a professional training and educational event intended for mental health professionals, medical professionals, students, and others working in related behavioral health or helping professions. This event is not intended as a general public event.

Group Registration Discounts

Registering with a group? Discounted group rates are available beginning November 16, 2026:

• Groups of 4–8: 10% off registration

• Groups of 9 or more: 15% off registration

Group discounts cannot be combined with Early Bird pricing. Please contact us before registering to receive your group discount code.

Continuing Education Information

This program is eligible for NBCC continuing education credit through Integrated Counseling & Wellness, an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP No. 8092). Attendees may earn up to 13.5 NBCC credit hours by attending eligible Summit sessions and completing any required continuing education documentation.

Continuing education credit is awarded only for sessions that meet applicable NBCC requirements. Attendees are responsible for confirming that NBCC continuing education credit meets the requirements of their individual licensing board or credentialing organization.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because the NoCo Therapist Summit makes financial commitments based on anticipated attendance, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all attendee registrations for the February 26–27, 2027 Summit.

Registration Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the NoCo Therapist Summit.

• Cancellations received on or before December 31, 2026: Registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.

• Cancellations received January 1–31, 2027: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

• Cancellations received on or after February 1, 2027: Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee at no additional charge through February 19, 2027. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and include the name and contact information of the substitute attendee.

Registrations may only be transferred once and may not be divided or shared between attendees.

No-Shows & Partial Attendance

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or attendance for only a portion of the Summit.

Continuing education credit will only be awarded in accordance with the attendance and participation requirements established for each eligible session.

Extenuating Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected emergencies can occur. Requests for exceptions due to significant extenuating circumstances may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of an exception is at the discretion of the NoCo Therapist Summit organizers and is not guaranteed.

Event Cancellation or Changes

If the NoCo Therapist Summit is canceled by the organizers and is not rescheduled, registered attendees will receive a refund of their Summit registration fees.

The NoCo Therapist Summit is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, parking, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

If circumstances outside of the organizers' reasonable control—including severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency, venue disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances—require changes to the schedule, format, programming, or location of the Summit, the organizers reserve the right to make reasonable modifications. Such changes do not automatically entitle registrants to a refund.
