Our Mission
The NoCo Therapist Summit is dedicated to cultivating a vibrant, collaborative, and connected mental health community in Northern Colorado. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where therapists can come together to share knowledge, explore new and emerging areas of practice, and deepen their professional and personal relationships.
We believe that strong communities foster strong clinicians. By prioritizing local connection, accessible education, and mutual support, the Summit aims to empower therapists at every stage of their journey, from early career to seasoned practitioners. Through workshops, panels, and peer-led conversations, we hope to inspire growth, reduce professional isolation, and nurture a sense of belonging among our local mental health workforce.
Rooted in the values of inclusivity, collaboration, and lifelong learning, the NoCo Therapist Summit seeks to be more than just an event—it’s a movement toward a more united, resourced, and thriving therapeutic community.

Continued Training & Education: A Professional Necessity
In a field as dynamic and nuanced as mental health, ongoing education isn’t optional— it’s essential. The Summit offers curated workshops, panels, and trainings that dive deep into relevant, timely topics that impact our clients, our work, and ourselves. From updates in clinical research to exploring decolonized approaches to care, this summit is designed to challenge your thinking, build your skills, and refresh your therapeutic toolkit.

Whether you're in private practice, working in a group setting, or part of a nonprofit or agency, the connections you make here can lead to referrals, collaborations, and the kind of mutual support that sustains long-term, ethical practice.
Community Over Competition
The Summit is built on the belief that when we come together, we strengthen the entire mental health ecosystem in our region. It’s a place to celebrate shared values, explore new ideas, and remember that we’re not doing this work alone.
